Ingredients
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup spinach
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup pineapple, chopped
- 1 scoop plant-based protein powder (optional)
Toppings
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Directions
- Add the blueberries, spinach, banana, pineapple, (and protein powder) to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in a small serving bowl. Top with chia seeds and shredded coconut.
